Walter Moores, R. 1988). Seedling 83-1. AB (OGB-), 15-18" (38-46 cm). Early bloom. Standards pale blue, lightening at edge; deep chartreuse styles; Falls pale chartreuse, fine cinnamon dotting around blue tipped chartreuse beard; pronounced sweet fragrance.
