'Some Love' OGB (Clarence G. White, 1938). AB, originally registered as IMB (Intermediate miscellaneous bearded), medium height, Midseason bloom. Color Class-W8M, White, medium red patterning. 'Polyhymnia' X 'Jubilee'. C. G. Millikin, 1938 Honorable Mention 1939.

From Milliken Gardens catalog, 1948: SOME LOVE (C. G. White) One of the most delicately beautiful irises we know. The ground color is oyster-white covered with minute dots and very fine veins of grey-purple. Round flaring falls. 2 feet. $2.50.
From The Court Of Iris catalog, 1955: SOME LOVE (White '38) M 24" (Polyhymnia X Jubilee)The seed parent is another of those unattainable originations of van Tubergen's and comes from Korolkowi violaceae X iberica van houtei. This beautiful oyster-white bloom has caotured much of the Onco beauty with its covering of minute dots and fine veins of gray-purple. $1.00. H.M. '39
