From The Court Of Iris catalog, 1961: HERA. ( Van T before '07 ) E 12". ( I. stolonifera ) X ( I. paradoxa x I. iberica ) Shows regelia influence. Standards in bright mulberry with a pink tone, flushed white and darker veins, Falls purple with deeper veins, Purple beard and ruffled petals. $1.50

Court of Iris: "Standards bright mulberry with a pink tone, flushed white and darker veins. Falls purple with deeper veins. Purple beard." Rainbow: "Standards bright pinkish mulberry, flushed white in center with darker veins. Falls deeper, pinkish purple, veined darker. Beard narrow, purple at end changing to white inside." Vallette: "bright pinkish mulberry bitone, veined darker; longer, narrower flowers with vivid blue beards." Van Tubergen, Grullemans, Lisse, Holland, before 1907.
