From Mission Bell Gardens catalog, 1963: ROBBY (Hamblen) Midseason to late. 24". Rosy cyclamen-violet standards bordered brown; rosy-tan falls edged violet. Highlighting the flower, and demanding attention, is a wide, bushy vermilion-red beard. Petals are wide, lacy and flaring. In coolish weather the flowers have a tendancy to be crowded, but at the Kansas City convention, 1962, form and branching left nothing to be desired. (Valimar sib X Graduation Gift). HC '62. No. H7-105-1. Net $10.00
