'Torched Witch' (Lynda Miller, R. 1997). Seedling #101491. BB, 27" (69 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Standards bright full orange; style arms full orange; falls burnt orange; beards dark orange. Seedling #2685A: ('Far Corners' x 'Marmalade') X 'Orange Star'. Honorable Mention 2002.

From AIS Bulletin #317 April 2000 Introducing TORCHED WITCH (L. Miller) BB, 27", ML. After much testing, Torched Witch is a Border Bearded with her short stalks and small round, ruffled blossoms. Her flaming orange bitone color can be seen across any garden. Standards are full bright orange, her falls are deep burnt orange. The ruffled flaring falls are topped by bushy dark orange beards. 7-9 buds. 101491: 2685A: (Far Comers x Marmalade) X Orange Star. $30.00. Miller's Manor Gardens.
