2014, Black

'Calypso Heat Wave' (Paul Black, R. 2013) Seedling #S240A. IB, 24" (61 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards light dusky rose blended to light peach-buff margin; style arms mid buff-peach; falls light buff-peach, center heavily plicata sanded and veined mid wine, wide dark wine plicata band, mid plum-brown washed haft; beards tangerine; slight spicy fragrance. 'Musician' X 'Love Spell'. Mid-America 2014. Honorable Mention 2017.
