Hybridizer's Comment: 'Cashmere Rose' has such delightfully colorful flowers. Peachy apricot standards are completely washed rosy mauve except narrow bands of peachy apricot around margins. Pale peach falls have wide washed plicata bands of rose blending upward to rosy lilac and darker plicata stripes down the centers. Hafts have heavy, dark oxblood plicata wash turning to veins alongside vivid orange beards. Strong growth and many stalks make it a great garden iris that attracts much attention.
