'Early Edition' ( Keith Keppel, R. 1968). Seedling 64-16C. IB, 18" (46 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Color Class-W2VF, standards white ground with medium violet (M&P 42-I-10) sanding half way to center; falls white, medium violet hafts and narrow plicata edge; white beard tipped yellow. Seedling #61-48B ( 'Full Circle' x 'Rococo') X 'Zip'. Keppel 1970. High Commendation 1969; Honorable Mention 1971; Award of Merit 1973.

EARLY EDITION (Keppel '70)-It is the brightest of the Keppel trio of plicatas, being an intense violet on white but no less beautiful than the earlier Clique and Pale Cloud (Keppel '69).
