- Received 'Leave the Light On' late summer to plant, noticed bud stalk early April after warm and wet spring. First flower was April 15 - tax day, and the color was deep burgundy with bright interior of bright yellow, white blazes on fall. Counted 6 fans, probably started with two fans. Had 3 blooms on one stalk this year, they lasted about 2 weeks, middle bud first, next top, then lower one, no crowding. Looking forward to next year! Definitely an early bloomer!
