From AIS Bulletin #217 April 1975 Introducing PLEASURE (L. L. Harder, 1975). SDB, 14", M. This iris was very much liked by the Median enthusiasts who visited the garden during the Mid-America Median Iris Society tour. A pastel blue-orchid blend, like its parent Rippling Waters, sets it apart in the SDB field. Officially described as a blue, orchid and pink blend with falls slightly lighter in color, set off by a light tangerine-orange beard. A lilting ruffle to the flower form makes it most charming. (Rippling Waters X Flaming Dawn). $7.50. Maple Tree Gardens.
