From AIS Bulletin #237 April 1980 Introducing SARANAP (Carl Boswell 1980). IB, 18", #261,68: (Green Accent X Rippling Waters). This iris reminds me of memories as a young boy in Saranap, lying in a hay field looking at clouds with the sun edging them in gold. Standards and falls of oyster white, edged in gold, accented by light yellow hafts and beard, make this a charming lady. Good form and branching. $10.00. Boswell Iris Garden. |
