1969, Payne

'Fairy Carillon' (W. Arlie Payne, R. 1966) Seedling 1212. JI, 32" (81 cm). Early bloom. Standards hortense violet (Ridgway) with white edge; falls white tinted violet with prominent light halo and veins; hortense violet center. 'Sky and Water' X seedling 651 (seedling 246 x seedling 236). Payne 1969.
