From Marx Gardens catalog, 1958: PASTEL PRINCESS (Marx 1956) Each $S.00. Selected from our Manon Series for its most delicate pastel shade of orchid pink. The color is almost white by comparison to other pinks and tends more towards true lavender. Its soft tints are suggestive of fragility and translucence yet the flower possesses wonderful substance and finest texture. Wide petaled and flaring, the 7-inch blooms are ideally proportioned and will please those who delight in delicate colors. Midseason. 3 feet.
