'Rose Frappe' (Anna Mae Miller, R. 1988) Sdlg. 78-35-24. JI (3 F. diploid), 42" (107 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards red violet (darker than RHS 80A), edged white; Falls white, veined violet (83C), yellow signal; dark violet (83B) styles tipped white. 'Kimiko' X 'Storm At Sea'. Old Douglas Perennials 1988. Honorable Mention 1991.
