From Sidney Conger Louisiana Iris catalog, 1952: THISTLE TUFT. (Debaillon-Dormon). Overlapping floral segments, coupled with a campanulate form plus the delicate hue of the thistle tuft makes this a striking variety. The petals are so broad that it creates a double effect. Height, 26" to 30". $2.50. |
