POSITION TITLE: Motions Monitor

Basic Function:
  • To record motions on the screen as they are being made by the board, providing an electronic record of the exact wording.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
  • He/she is elected at the start of a board meeting by and responsible to the Board of Directors.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

  • To ensure the wording of each motion is exactly what the board wishes.

  • To publish the list of motions on to AIS(Discuss) at the end of the board meeting.
