(MDB) 'Mini-Spark'

1973, Brown

'Mini-Spark' (Alta Brown, R. 1972). Seedling #D 936-51. MDB, 6-7" (15-18 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards white with lavender (637/2) markings concentrated at edges; falls white with few lavender lines radiating out from orange beard. 'Mini-Plic' X sibling. Riverdale Iris 1973. Honorable Mention 1974.

From AIS Bulletin #209 April 1973 Introducing MINI-SPARK, MDB, 6" $5.00. Sdlg. D 936-51 (Mini-Plic X sister sdlg.) White stds with lavender plicata markings concentrated at edges. White falls with lavender lines radiating out from the bright orange beard. Rounded and flaring form. Riverdale Iris Gardens.
