From AIS Bulletin #333 April 2004 Introducing EVEREST BLUE (Niswonger'04) Spec-X, Sdlg. Sib. 6-01: (4-96: Four Winds x I. typhifolia) X (3-96: Snowy Mountain x I. typhifolia). 36" (91.4 cms.) E. Another early blooming Siberian which blooms with the SDB's and IB's. The tall stems are graced with 4 to 5 buds and blooms of light bitone blue. The foliage does not fall over as seen in most first generations. Very vigorous, clumps up quickly. Highly fertile. $25.00. Cape Iris. |
