Hybridizer's Comment A very delicately marked light violet stitching on white ground. I have been crossing seedlings from I. Variegata regina together trying to get the stitching on the standards, as well as on the falls, as in so many MTB cultivars. This has the stitching in a very delicate colour. Although a bit on short side, this plant has 10-12 flowers on two branches and spur. Most sockets have 2-3 flowers and terminal often has 4. It remains in bloom for a long time. 00-137-2 Parentage lost, but involves a number of seedlings with I.variegata regina in parentage. |
