From AIS Bulletin #333 April 2004 Introducing Green Tree (D. Spoon) SDB, 9" (23 cm), ML. Sdlg. #97-619G. Lightly ruffled white with chartreuse spot on the falls and willow green veins like "whiskers" that are the greenest color we have yet seen in an introduced iris. Many iris judges who have seen this cultivar agree. White beards. Fertile both ways and producing seedlings even closer to grass green colors. The overall effect is attractive and unique. (Marita X Cream Cake). $15. Winterberry Gardens. |
