1995, Stahly

'In The Red' (Harold Stahly, R. 1995). Seedling# 1-5. SDB, 11" (28 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards red (deeper than RHS 178A); style arms red; falls red (near 46A), maroon (deeper than 183A) center spot; beards pale violet at end merging from light yellow to yellow in throat; ruffled. 'Plum Perfect' X 'Little Annie'. Stahly 1995.

From AIS Bulletin #297 April 1995 Introducing IN THE RED (Stahly '95) SDB, M, 11". Deep bright red with deeper maroon spot, violet beards. Open-erect standards, wide, flaring falls, ruffled. Here it has the best red color I have seen. Vigorous grower. Sdlg. # 1-5: Sib to Chip Shot. $15.00. Harold Stahly.
