From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2005: POPSICLE - SDB, 12" (30 cm), Midseason-Late. Popsicle is another one of the SDBs that has the claret and blue combinations found in Siberian iris. Standards are medium claret with fine darker veining. Wide and round falls are medium claret with large, diffuse, violet-blue spots that are paler toward edges. Dark purple beards are tipped dark brown. Popsicle grows vigorously and carpets itself with these unusual flowers. Sdlg. T277B: Plum Twist sib. $15.00. |
