From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2006: REVIEW - SDB, 12" (30 cm), Midseason. This is NOT just another purple and white plicata. I have never seen the color tones of Review in any other iris. Dark red-plum standards are finely veined darker. The interior of the standards has a white ground with a very unique shade of blue-purple plicata banding which repeats in the falls as a wide blue-purple plicata band and some dotting on stark white ground. Hafts have a bit of plum and short, dark blue-purple lines alongside white beards topped gold-orange. If you'relooking to breed reverse bicolor plics, use Review. Sdlg. TU294E: Hustle X Rebus. $18.00. |
