'Romantic Lady' (
Currier McEwen, R. 1984) Seedling 75/52 (10). SIB (28 chrom. diploid), 35" (87.5 cm), Early midseason to late midseason bloom. Standards light violet blue (RHS 95D), with three lines of deep violet blue (93B); falls deep violet blue (93B) at base around signal, grading to light violet blue (92C) at sides and tip; only white tip of signal visible; heavily ruffled; very pale violet (92B) styles.
