■ (SPEC) Iris grossheimii Woron.

1928, Botanical author Woronoff

Iris grossheimii Woron. (G. Woronoff, 1928, Nakhichevan region, Mount Sojnch, Southern Transcaucasia); Section Oncocyclus; Color Class-S9D; Height 5" (13 cm); Standards larger than falls. Wine red to dark brown flowers with cinnamon-purple veins; Large blackish brown signal; Fl. Cauc. 1: 255. 1928; (flower nearly as tall as leaves); Tentatively placed in the Acutiloba Aggregate.
