*'Purple Gem'* ([[Main.Bio.HybridizerVanTubergen][C. G. Van Tubergen]]). Reticulata Section; 4 3/4 (11-12 cm),  Flower diameter 3" (7-8 cm), standards pansy-violet (033), falls plum-purple (934), Blotch purple on white ground.
