'Pepe Le Blue' (Jim Hedgecock, R. 2020) Seedling CJL-4-G. SPU, 30" (76 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards medium lavender-blue, yellow infusion at base of midrib, ruffled; falls mustard yellow, blue lines radiating out over yellow, ³⁄₈˝ lavender-blue border; slight sweet fragrance. Parentage unknown. Comanche 2020.

2018 Comanche Acres catalog gives; "Pepe Le Blue-(Jim Hedgecock-2018)-Sdlg.#CJL-4-G-Spuria Iris-30 Inches Tall-Early Medium Bloom Season-Lamoyne loved this name, so you know how that goes. Ruffled standards are medium lavender blue with yellow infusions at the base of the midribs. Ruffled falls are mustard yellow with 3/8 inch lavender blue rims. Slight, mild fragrance." $50.00
