From Milliken Iris Gardens catalog, 1948: BRAZIL (Milliken) A large flaring orange-red carried high on well-branched stalks. The coloring is deeper toward the center of the flower. It blooms freely on well-branched stalks and the plants are very vigorous. In case you are interested, its ancestry includes Grace Sturtevant, Sherbet 2nd. California Blue, Ukiah, Naranja and China Maid. 3-1/2 to 4 feet. $3.50.
