'Chelsea Bleu' (Richard Cayeux, R. 2004). Seedling# 9970A. TB, 35" (90 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards pale blue washed lavender; falls velvety pansy violet; beards bright orange-red; slight fragrance. Seedling# 9759A: (seedling# 95127A: ('Rebecca Perret' x seedling# 88175A) x seedling# 9538A: ('Bal Masqué' x seedling# 91187C)) X 'Local Color'. Cayeux 2005.
