References:
From AIS Bulletin #229, Spring 1978 Introducing CLEAR LIGHTS, a small one, almost a border iris. A bright red-violet luminata from seed set by Kevin Vaughn of Dear Dora X Moonlight Midnight. The bright coloring is more solid than brushed, with sharp contrast of clean white haft areas, beards and petal edges. Unusual in this pattern for its colorful elegance, it sports fine stalks with eight buds. Net $20.00. Bee Warburton. |
