From Fleur De Lei Gardens catalog 1963: COOL COMFORT (Tomp. '58) M.L. 36 in. (Ruffled Gem x Song of Songs). A very large, broad petaled and exquisitely formed flaring flower of smooth citron yellow. A full citron yellow beard and a tiny blaze of green flushed white at its tip, accents the sparkling flowers. A slight edge of lace further enhances this cool beauty. H.M. 1961. 3.50. |
