'Corange' (Les Peterson, R. 1970). Seedling# LP 64-164. TB, 32-34" (81-86 cm). Midseason late bloom. Standards polished pale copper with orange suffusion; falls same, slightly ruffled; deep yellow beard. 'Main Event' X 'Orange Parade'. Peterson 1971.

A wide, well-proportioned self of polished pale copper with an orange suffusion. The standards are closed - the falls flaring and are broadly ruffled. Substance and texture are good - the branching and bud count are also satisfying. An iris you will be proud to possess. Received 14 votes for HC '70. Net $20.00. Les Peterson.
