'Dark Past' (Jim Hedgecock, R. 1998). Seedling 85-58. TB, 30" (76 cm), Midseason late bloom. Ruffled red black, falls darker, with slight blue striations near beard; beards purple, burnt gold in throat; slight sweet fragrance. 'Shaft of Gold' X 'Swazi Princess'. Comanche Acres 1999.
