'Destined to Dance' (Barry Blyth, 2010) Seedling Q31-2. TB, 38" (97 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards icy white, slight blue cast; falls icy white, bluish cast and faint blue center line on first day, greenish yellow hafts; beards white base tipped lemon, 1/2" white end; slight sweet fragrance. 'Raging Tide' X 'Stop Flirting'. Tempo Two 2010/11.

Hybridizer's Comment: We love this iris and it is a sure show winner, coming from a cross that has given us so many gorgeous blue and off white seedlings. Difficult to make final selections. 'Destined To Dance' is icy white with a slight blue cast and a faint blue line the first day or so then fades away. Hafts are a noticeable greenish yellow and beards are white tipped lemon. Wide, flared and ruffled with exceptional branching. Gives well branched seedlings.
