Standards olive sheen (M&P 13-K-3) shaded mauve dust (46-C-2); Falls white, 1/2"-3/4" huckleberry (47-J-11) to nightshade (47-H-11) border, burgundy (56-E-8) hafts; beards tan yellow effect; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling 80-130P,

- TB 'Distant Roads' was blooming at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, zone 4b, approximately May 27 - June 11, in 2017. I didn't notice any Purple Based Foliage at the base of the leaves, but there was a little light purple coloring on the spathes, and is visible in my picture of the bud on the left side of the dual bud picture. -- HollyJohnson2017 -04-01 - 15 Aug 2017
