From Glen Road Iris Gardens catalog, 1929: GOLD STREAM (Edl. 1929) A pale creamy bicolor with a conspicuous beard, tipped with orange chrome, which gives a lovely central glow to the flower. Falls flaring, and the flower a fine rounded form; (S. and F. 2 inches wide and 2 inches long) floriferous and of good habit. For two years it has been outstanding in the gardens and much admired by visitors; 41 in. 15.00.
