'Heather Cloud' (Bernard Hamner, R. 1981). Seedling# 77-15. TB, 35" (89 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards mallow purple (RHS 73D); falls ruffled lilac (76B); pink beard. (('Candy Sweet' x 'Cloud Dancer') x 'Seair' x 'Beaux Arts')) X 'Heather Blush'. Hamner's Iris 1981.

From AIS Bulletin #241 April 1981 Introducing MISTY RAINBOW-TB, ML, 34". Pastel rose-purple stands are wide and upright. The ruffled falls are a blend of rhodamine purple, light blue and cream.
