| From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1956: JUBILATION (Tompkins 1955) M. 36 in. ((Orloff x Tiffany x Tiffanja) x Firecracker. A new plicata of creamy lemon with a border of rich chrome yellow sandings and dotting. There is a small area of ivory lemon at the end of the beard which is deep chrome gold underset by a soft cinnamon that emerges from the tip of the beard and continues in a hairline of cinnamon yellow to the end of the fall. The flowers are of good size and heavy substance. The finish is silken and the form a delight to see. The heavily fluted and ruffled standards arch and dome so perfectly that a small golden crown is formed at their peak, while the broad ruffled falls flare to just the right degree. H.C. 1953. Stock limited. 20.00.
