'Mammoth Orange' (Michael Sutton, R. 2016). Seedling# Z-1009-A. TB, 38" (97 cm), Midseason to very late bloom. Standards orange-buff, pink flush at midribs; style arms orange-buff; falls white, ¼˝ orange-buff band at edge, widens to ½˝ at bottom center of petal; beards orange; ruffled; pronounced spicy fragrance. 'Orange Juice' X 'Orangelo'. Sutton 2017. Honorable Mention 2019.

From Sutton’s Iris Garden, 2017: MAMMOTH ORANGE (M. Sutton ‘17) TB 38” M-L-VL. Very large flowers! Warm orange buff standards have a pleasant pink flush at the midribs. Very wide white falls have a defined ¼” orange buff rim at the top edge widening to ½” at the bottom. Excellent form with nice ruffling and serrated edges. 7 to 9 buds on thick stalks.
