'Mary O. Mahoney' (James A. Mahoney, R. 1979). Seedling# 77/190. TB, 30" (76 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards white ground, stitched and dotted about 1/4" on edge with light violet (RHS 88C), same color stripe 3/4 way up midrib; falls white ground, stitched light violet around edge, tapering to fine dotted line at bottom, hafts veined brown (165A); white beard tipped pale violet, changing to gold at mid-beard; white spoon edged light violet projecting 1 1/2" from beard end; light violet stylearms; lightly ruffled and laced. 'Miz Lib' X 'Petite Posy'. Shamrock Iris 1982. Exhibition Certificate 1981.

S. & F. white ground, lightly stitched and dotted with light violet plicata markings; violet colored 3/4" horns on some blossoms, 1-1/2" plicata marked spoons on other blossoms. Good substance, lightly ruffled and laced; white beard tipped violet, changing to gold. Fertile pod and pollen good increaser. EC '81, He '81. $30.00. Shamrock Iris Gardens.
