<strong>'Point Diamond' </strong>([[Main.Bio.HybridizerGalerGeorge][George Galer]], R. 1971). Seedling# 66-187-3. TB, 38" (97 cm), Midseason late bloom. Standards tawny yellow (RHS 19B) with 1/4" sunshine yellow edge, rosy suffusion along outer midrib to petal edge, heavy washing of violet on inside; falls greyed purple (184B) with 1/4" brown rim, center heavily overlaid blue-rose with electric blue flash below beard; underside red-purple; yellow beard tipped brown. [[TbPthruT.TbRusticana]['Rusticana']] X Tompkins seedling# 63-161: ([[TbPthruT.TbSuddenSpring]['Sudden Spring']] x [[TbAthruE.TbCamelotRose]['Camelot Rose']]). Galer 1972.
