From Bay View Gardens catalog,1991: POWER SURGE, 40 inches, early to late season. $35.00. An "Indiscreet-type" plicata with standards having a salmon ground overlaid with magenta. The falls have salmon-apricot base lined and edge in wine magenta. Tall, well placed branches, and multiple blooms. The name is suggested by its amazing weed-like vigor. For us we have averaged 12 increases per rhizome! Once planted stand back and watch it take off. No. 87-78F: (Indiscreet sib x (Beyond x (( Rancho Rose x ((Flareup x Osage Buff) x (Vanity x Anon))))) X Test Pattem sib. |
