From Bay View Gardens catalog,1983: PRALINE. 36 inches, very early to early season. $25.00. A new variation in our brown line: a reverse brown bitone. The domed standards are bright tan and the broad falls are bright creamy tan. The entire hue has a bit of green added, adding a touch of mystery. The substance is heavy and waxy making the bloom hold up to the wickedest of weather. Branching, buds and vigor are super. Praline is a yummy teaser to start the season. No. 78-85C: (Preface X Norwegian Wood). |
