| Hybridizer's Comment: So very, very early with full bloom here the first week of October along with the Dwarf Bearded Iris, hence the name. it is a self of lilac with a slightly lighter area in the centre of the falls. Beards are tangerine orange over white in the throat. Form is full, wide, ruffled with lacy edges. Excellent show branching. Fertility has been tried a little but no pods to date.
