'Rose-Linda Vasquez' (Rose-Linda Vasquez, R. 2007). Seedling G2-01-06. TB, 31" (80 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards light blue-white; style arms light blue; falls lavender blue on white ground, violet striations under beard; beards orange in throat, cream tipped yellow in middle, blue or white at end, short blue horn; broken color pattern; sweet fragrance. 'Hindu Magic' X 'Magic Kingdom'.

Hybridizer's comment: The cross G2-01 has given great seedlings. Particularly N°06 : to my utmost surprise, a broken color, to which i gave my maiden name. Besides it's unprobable colours, this iris perfectly fits one of my goals in my wind exposed area : wind resistant shorter TB, with strong stems , and cherry on the cake, hooks ! But this iris' main asset is that every single flower shows different patterns and colours (photos). Commentaire de l'hybrideur: La pollinisation G2-01 a donné de belles variétés. Particulièrement le semis 06 : ma surprise fut grande en découvrant ce "broken color" inespéré à qui j'ai donné mon nom de jeune fille. En plus de ses couleurs étonnantes, cet iris rentre tout à fait dans mon objectif de créer des iris TB pas très haut avec de grosses tiges résistantes au vent violent de ma région. Et, cerise sur le gâteau les fleurs ont un éperon. Mais la particularité principale de cet iris est de n'avoir aucune fleur avec la même disposition de coloris (photos).
