From Milliken Gardens catalog, 1950: RUSSIAN BRONZE (Milliken) A flaring flower with golden tawny standards and deep maroon falls. It has the habit here in Southern California of throwing bloom in the winter and thus adds another color to our group of Tournament Queen, Springtime Madonna, Bel-Air, Blue River, Sungold and San Pasqua!, which are very regular winter bloomers in this section. One of our most popular varieties. 2-1/2 ft. $2.00; 3 for $5.00. |
