■(TB) 'Space Dragon'

1974, Osborne

'Space Dragon' (Manley Osborne, R. 1973). Seedling# 2-19. TB, 38" (97 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards tannish (RHS 167A); falls violet (84C) washed, blending to 1/4" edging of brown (168A) yellow beard ending in long tannish spoons. 'New Moon' X 'Spooned Blaze'. Osborne 1974.

The rugged SPACE DRAGON is a blend, with tan standards and violet washed falls blending to a brownish border, though newly opened flowers give a somewhat more red effect. Tannish spoons. $25.00.
