From AIS Bulletin #186 July 1967 Introducing SUNBURST-An exciting break out of line breeding of (PINK FULFILLMENT X CRISPETTE) X LYNN HALL. HC 1966. E.M. Classic form. Falls are light Indian yellow, flaring, wide and round. Overlapping standards are light Saturn red with lace border matching the color of the falls. Beard is bright Saturn red. Superior substance. Two branches, sub-terminal, and terminal. 7 to 9 buds. 35" in height. An iris to please the most discriminating. Net $25.00. William Bledsoe.
