References:
From Carl Salbach catalog, 1935: TAOS (Mitchell 1985). "As colorful as an Indian blanket." A fine blend of yellow and coppery red, giving an effect of russet red. Standards a pinkish bronze suffusion, with yellow beard, and falls of corinthian red. Well formed, with good sized flowers, not tall, but larger and considerably of greater height than that "little giant" King Midas. $10.00. |
