2006, Modra

'Trudy Bee' (Colleen Modra, R. 2006). Seedling# F230-10. TB, height 33" (85 cm). Early bloom. Standards yellow, lavender flush at midrib; falls violet blue, rosy brown edge, some haft markings, small white flash below gold beards; sweet fragrance. Déjà Blue' X 'Sneezy'. Impressive Irises 2006/07.

References:

From Impressive Irises catalog, 2006/07: TRUDY BEE (Modra 06) E 85 cm $28. Very full and rounded iris, well ruffled. Lemon yellow stds. Falls violet blue with rosy brown edges and hafts and a small white flash below the gold beards. Nice sturdy stems and good growth. Lots of breeding potential. Named for Les’ late mother. Reblooms. Seedling F230-10 (Deja Blue x Sneezy).
